Your First Visit
Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form. To save some time, you can download and fill out the form in advance.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will start by reviewing your medical and dental history, followed by a thorough dental exam. This will include checking your gums, teeth, bite, and jaw, conducting an oral cancer screening, and taking any necessary X-rays.
Treatment Plan
After reviewing your history and examination results, your dentist will create a personalized treatment plan for you. They’ll also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and available treatment options.
Insurance & Payment
At Skyline Dental Associates, we’re here to guide you through your payment options and insurance claims, making the process as simple and stress-free as possible. That way, you can concentrate on what truly matters; reaching your dental health goals with confidence and ease.
Insurance Claims
Our team is always available to help with questions about billing or claims. We’re also happy to electronically submit your dental claims to your insurance when possible.
Please note that full payment must be made at the time of your appointment, and your insurance company will reimburse you directly based on your plan's coverage.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
